Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing high-quality Web Applications, Admin dashboards and PHP Scripts, APIs.
- Creating/customizing various web applications in Laravel, PHP / NodeJS
- Creating/customizing applications and its functionality, including custom-built CRMs, HRMS,
- Creating/customizing/implementing Restful APIs in existing as well as new applications.
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure
- Strong optimization and functionality.
- Responsible for testing the application, performance analysis, etc.
- Leading the design, implementation, and rollout of key backend systems and data products.
- Managing production systems to maintain high quality and reliability for our clients.
- Collaborating with other developers and team members to promote our collective growth.
- Mentoring junior developers to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
- Optimizing our production systems to be as maintenance-free as possible.
